Ever wonder what those guys with the chains actually do? Who hires them? Why would someone want to do this “job” for over 20 years? This is a different type of lunch speaker than we normally invite. Purely for fun. Barrett, who you may know as “Bear” from the Publican downtown will have photos and stories about his time on the Chain Gang and with the Oakland Raiders.
