We are sorry to inform everyone of the passing of Sir Mitch.  Mitch has been an active member since 2019.  He was often at coffee, at luncheons, at bocce ball & Happy hour.  He was always a loquacious guy, especially if you got him talking about the Steelers or...especially fishing.  He also attended the Veterans breakfast and was known as an old car enthusiast.  A beloved and fun Sir who will be greatly missed.  Sir Len has been in touch with Mitch's wife Nancy  who stated that there will be a service in a few weeks. We will inform you when we know more.


Website Update

The website has been updated and has a several new features.

Due to attacks by scammers using information from our website State SIR has recomended that all branches password protect their administrators email addresses. We have complied with that request so that the Administration page (under Branch 176) is now password protected. You should receive or have received an email with the login information by January 10th. If you don't have it and need help contact webmaster Jim Tubb drdelta91@gmail.com.

We have added a News page (where you are now) to help disseminate news about our branch and state SIR. If you have any newsworthy items please submit them to webmaster Jim Tubb drdelta91@gmail.com.

Dues are Due

2025 branch dues are now due. We have reduced the dues to $20 and anyone over 90 is not charged. Get your dues to treasurer Garry Trojanowski at the meeting or you can mail checks made out to Sirs Branch 176 to Garry at 9575 Wellington Cir., Windsor CA 95492.

Golf Dues are Due

It is time to sign up and pay dues for 2025. The dues for the club will be $60.00 for the year. This includes $46.00 for NCGA dues and $14.00 for our club, this is for club expenses and any remaining balance will be put toward our annual lunch in September.

We currently have 14 members who pay full membership to our club. These members are: Berry, Blethen, Culver, De La Montanya, Hansen, Kramer, Neal, North, Okrepkie, Palmer, Strange, Thompson, and Treanor. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP IN ANOTHER CLUB AND PAY NCGA DUES THERE, LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU SEND IN YOUR $14.00. 

We have 4 members, Peoples, Young, Mc Dermott and Nordstrom who have dual memberships, these members will be asked to pay $14.00 dues to our club.

There are two individuals who play with us and do not pay for NCGA member dues, therefore they do not participate in our sweeps games, They are considered guests and will only be allowed to play with the club if a spot is available, after our members have signed up.

DUES MUST BE PAID BY JANUARY 16. PLEASE SEND YOUR CHECK, MADE OUT TO SIRS BRANCH 176 IN THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT TO FRANK TREANOR, 245 GROVE STREET, WINDSOR, CA 95492-7905. In the memo section of the check write Golf Club.
